So I don’t know why they have been catching my attention lately but I’ve been ready these fitness updates from Bally Total Fitness…
If possible, exercise with a training partner who can provide motivation and encouragement. A training partner can also give assistance by “spotting” you during strength exercises and providing feedback on your form. If nothing else, it’s more fun with a friend!
