True leaders have vision

“Where there is no vision, the people perish; but he that keepeth the law, happy is he. “-Proverbs 29:18.

I don’t consider myself to be a religious man.  I don’t believe in, for me personally, denominations or church politics.  I’d probably claim to be agnostic at most and probably just more spiritually aware at the least.  This verse in Proverbs has been floating around in my head this week and I wanted to put some of my thoughts to electronic pen and virtual paper.  So to speak anyway.

My new office!

These are my Ellen slacks

So like a good gay I found my way OUT to a JC Penney over the weekend to support their decision to stand by Ellen as a national spokesperson. I needed some work slacks so I very happily spent my money on a pair of pleated Staffords. Make no bones about it folks: Gays are good for business!

Bad BART etiquette

I’m a BART commuter and I really, really enjoy it. I save tons of money on fuel costs and tolls and parking and it’s super good for the environment. It’s almost been a year now so I consider myself an expert commuter that can say there are definitely some things you shouldn’t do when you ride BART.
