This was the setting for the grand, 7-course dinner that my long-time friend Chris Hollingshead conjured up for his partner Scott his last weekend. Isn’t it just grand? The thought occurred to me this week: I’ve never actually had a boyfriend go out of their way and do something special for me on my birthday. Ever. Kudos to Chris for pulling out all the stops for his man!
